Orders & shipping
Where do you ship?
We ship to addresses within the United States only. Checkout accepts United States delivery addresses; orders to unsupported destinations cannot be completed here.
How much does shipping cost?
Orders over $69.00 ship free within the United States. Below that amount a flat $9.99 rate is added at checkout. Delivery is usually 5–7 business days.
When should my order arrive?
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after PayPal confirms payment and the order clears processing, using UPS, DHL and USPS. Holidays, carrier delays and remote ZIP codes can push a delivery past the estimate.
Can I change my delivery address?
Record the change through the Contact form with your order number and the corrected address as soon as possible. Once a parcel has been handed to the carrier the address can no longer be edited from our side.
Returns & refunds
What is your return window?
Eligible unused items can be returned within 15 days of delivery. Opened or worn pieces, customized color work, and final-sale collections are not returnable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
How do refunds work?
Approved refunds are issued to the original PayPal payment method after we receive and inspect the return. Processing usually completes within a few business days after inspection.

Are these human hair extensions?
Yes — every Fullshine Wig extension and topper listed here is made from 100% human hair unless a product page clearly states otherwise. Follow the Care Instructions on each product for washing and heat styling guidance.
How do I choose length and color?
Use the Length and Color options on the product page. Photos show the listed shade; if you are between colors, choose the closer match to your mid-lengths rather than your roots alone. Contact Us if you need help describing your current hair.
Clip-in vs tape-in vs weft?
Clip-ins are ready to wear and removable daily. Tape-ins and wefts are semi-permanent methods typically installed by a stylist. Toppers add coverage at the crown. Shop by method under Hair Extensions or Hair Toppers in the main menu.

What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout uses PayPal. You complete payment securely on PayPal and return to this site for confirmation.
How do I ask about an order?
Use the Contact form with your order number, email, and question. Do not include passwords, card numbers, or one-time codes.
